Who will be the Minnesota Vikings quarterback next year ?
Im not even going to get started on if Brett Favre will retire next year but assuming he does who do you think it will be ? Will they draft some nobody , get a free agent , get a trading deal or will one of their current back-ups ( Rosenfels or Jackson ) get the starting gig ?

None of the above. Jackson is a restricted free agent - I don't know that there's really enough interest from either side to pay him. Rosenfels is probably ticked off at the whole mess considering came to Minnesota with the promise that he'd be the QB or at least have a fair chance to earn the job. And besides that, he couldn't even beat out Jackson for the backup job. McNabb will NOT be the QB in Minnesota. Andy Reid will not trade him to another NFC team, especially one they could face next year. Look for a free agent acquisition or another trade for a talented backup with some experience. Maybe Kyle Orton, Kellen Clemens, Jason Campbell. Heck, maybe the bring back Dante Culpeper.
But it isn't going to be Favre and definitely not McNabb.

I ffel that it's Jackson's turn to shine. Rosenfels says that he has learned more about football and quarterbacking by watching Brett. It's logical to assume that Jackson learned alot too.

Most likely:
1. Brett Favre back for another year
2. McNabb (rumors of trade)
3. draft better qb (if Favre retires for good before draft)
4. Travaris Jackson
