Small business : does one need a license?
Do you need a license to use an Electronic Acupuncture machine if you are starting up a small business. or another name is Microcurrent stimulator, If you can help me it would be greatly appreciated, Also could you please let me know where you got your source from...I am in Australia. thank you

It is always best to have to many credentials in case the issue ever arises. In construction, you can build 100 houses and then something happens and you loose a contract of a lifetime because you don't have a license and the other guy did.
In your situation in a medical field, it is quite different I am sure. Especially in Australia. So my answer would be to advise you to get the license to be on the safe side. I have had things come back to haunt me before that makes me say "if I knew then what I know know."

As far as I know, any sort of sticking anything in people, except sex, requires some sort of a license, probably medical. :D Even "down under".

If you receive your payment through paypal, than you don't need a lincense. No tax pay to gov.
If you receive your payment any other way, you will need a lincense and pay tax to the government on your sales.
