Find an equation of the line containing the given pair of points.?

Find an equation of the line containing the given pair of points.

(2,5) and (6,8)

y= ____.

So far I only have 3/4x, but if you can help me out with the rest I would greatly appreciate it.

    ok, so you already know the slope is (3/4)

    y = mx + b

    so plug in one of your points for x and y

    (2, 5)

    5 = (3/4) 2 + b

    Solve for b
