tax question regarding a disabled spouse?

My spouse is permanently disabled, living in a rehab center; he failed to pay taxes for 5 years, which I knew nothing of. We filed married filing separately. Am I responsible for his debt?

Update:

tro, he became disabled less than 3 years ago; prior, he worked as a co-owner of a small business besides a few odd jobs...thank you to all of you!

if he is disabled, what kind of income would he have had to file? disability is not taxable

and ultimately, yes, as a married couple, his debts are yours
