Why is no one talking about the possibility of Edge vs Christian at Wrestlemania?

Christian is the ECW champion which makes him a heavyweight champion. I know it is not gonna happen since WWE plays down the importance of the ECW title, but why does no one even mention the fact Edge could chose Christian in the main event of Wrestlemania? Actually i think this would make for a much better main event than Edge vs Sheamus or not live up to the rematch from WM 24 vs. Taker. Edge vs Christian would be a great feud with great build up, not to mention the possibility of adding Chris Jericho into the mix. Edge should have the ECW title as an option like the Undertaker did for WM 24. Who else thinks this match whether it be a triple threat with Y2J or one on with Christian this match should happen or at least be mentioned.

    Edge vs. Christian for the ECW Championship at WrestleMania XXVI would be an absolutely amazing match. The feud that they could build up is endless. Plus, the only accomplishment Edge has yet to win in WWE is the ECW Championship. And since the title is officially recognized as a world heavyweight championship, I think he should go for it. It could increase the prestige of the ECW Championship, and would certainly increase the ratings in on ECW each week. It could potentially save the ECW show from cancellation as WWE is currently pondering.

    agree with you on that

    was thinking the same thing edge vs christian would be alot better than going for ronald mcdonald or taker at wm i know its sad

    why wwe has the ecw brand if there not gonna pay attetion to it at all they should give ecw more tittles and 2 hours of show to say the least

    the ECW title means absolutely nothing anymore, why on earth would the royal rumble winner choose to go for the ECW title? i understand that fact that edge would face christian which would be very exciting to see, but unfortunately it ain't gonna happen

    We all know that Christian is a World Champion.but Edge going to ECW is absolutely impossible.

    Edge would not like to have the ECW championship he would rather go for a real championship.

    i think of this is going to be somebody from smackdown i think of this is going to be dolph ziggler because of the fact wwe is getting severe on him and there pushing him i advise comeing out of the closest with maria(a favored face diva) beating john morrison and transforming into a member of part and jericho and attacking rey i think of this is going to be him with a view to push him,yet this is in simple terms my wager
