Can my mom claim me this year?

(TEXAS) i am 25 and i lost my job in June, my mom has been supporting me since. Can she claim me on her taxes this year.

    depends.

    did you live with her?

    did she provide at least 50% of your support?

    did you earn less tha $3650 in 2009?

    if you answered YES to all 3 questions, she can claim you as a "qualifying relative"

    if she is supporting you and you eat out or her frig. yes.
