I have just bought a special slatted base for my composter which will stop things like mice, rats etc being able to get inside itbut will let worms, air etc get in.I used one before at old house to great effect.Bought via Amazon & only cost £10 plus £2.50 delivery so that might work if size would fit your composter.Ants will stay away if compost wet so either add some water to deter them or else perhaps some ant powder. They won't actually hurt if you just leave them but you may not like them to be spread further round your garden once you use the compost you are making

Ants are because you are not keeping the compost pile damp enough. Wet it down and stir it up. That should eliminate ants.
The mouse problem is likely from putting things like seeds, pits, or meat and/or fat into your compost. Eliminate these additions and you'll get rid of the mice.

use a mouse trap to kill the mouse, if you dont you will get more and more mice.
