get some usually refers to someone getting laid, having sex, getting tail, etc. people on facebook don't always make sense with their comments, and in this case, it actually doesn't have any meaning pertaining to the post.

You'll know when you do "get some", but I believe that the entire phrase would be, and I qoute, "Get some Pussy", and that has to mean getting laid, scoring, and various other well known phrases that indicate that that your date has consented to you having sex with her.
