what career would you rather do if you wanted to HELP/SAVE people a Navy Seal or a Police/Swat team officer?

Well considering that you ask this question every few days, to complete strangers on the internet, I'd say you obviously couldn't do either. People who can't even make extremely simple decisions in life have no business being in the military or in law enforcement. Much less SEALs or SWAT.

Boy that a tough one, I would say both are great, Navy Seal because you're defending our country and Police because you're defending your city. Do what's in your heart. You can learn to be a better swimming by going to the YMCA. But I'm proud of you that you want to help save people at the beginning of your career. Talk to a Navy recruiter and go talk to your precinct maybe if you shadow for a while and ask question then you can decide. I hope whatever you decide you be the best and give it your all.

i suggest you become a police/swat officer..you might have to hand out tickets once in a while but you WILL save lives many times weather it be giving tickets, arresting a drunk, saving someone in a hostage situation or even saving someone from a car accident, etc... there is many different ways you will save lives and you will Truly make a difference in society. just imagine how our country would be without law enforcement.

and by the way, you will learn a lot about different people as a police officer and that will come in handy later on in the future and when your raising a family of your own.
