TV show "Stark Raving Mad"?

About 10 years ago there was a really funny show called "Stark Raving Mad" with Neil Patrick Harris but it only lasted 1 season and now I can't find it anywhere online or on DVD. Any ideas?

    Stark means without adornment. Raving means to be very adamant. So... when someone is said to be stark raving mad, watch out! They are considered over the edge and mentally deranged.
