Is there anyone who is currently living in Anaheim who could give me a good overall description of the quality of life. Please don't just say bad or good, explain what is good and what is bad. Some areas I am considering are Anaheim, Brea, Yorba Linda, and Fullerton. I will be renting an apartment for now. I can't seem to find an objective review of the area. I've never lived in California, so I am not familiar with the area. Thank you

Just purchased new PS3 playstation bundle that included Sony blu-ray remote control. I have followed instruction on how to pair PS3 controller with the remote control but was unsuccessful. I've tried pretty much everything -

- changed batteries in remote control several times

- updated PS3 console to latest version

- turned off and turned on PS3 console several times

Nothing seem to work. Instruction says to simultaneously press Start button on PS3 controller and Enter Button on Remote control. I've tried it at least 20 times already in the last week and no luck. Not sure what else I can do. Any suggestions? Please don't give me answers I already stated above. Thanks

Signed a 12 month lease with my wife but we are no longer married. I now live in a different state. If she can't pay monthly payments, what are the consequences for me? Am I still responsible for the payments even though I no longer live there? Please advise

Friend signed a lease for 1 year, moved into an apartment and right away found problems with leaky faucets, tub, non-working power outlets. Building maintenance guy (Super) moves very slow, doesn't fix things when he comes over, only makes it worse. Downstairs neighbors knock on her door saying every time she takes a shower, it leaks down their walls and ceiling. Frankly, she is fed up with this entire situation. It's been almost 2 weeks and nothing has been fixed. Not knowing terms of the lease agreement, I really don't know what to tell her. She doesn't like confrontation and doesn't want to make this situation worse by contacting the leasing agency and complaining on the super. My question is how to go best about this situation - can she hire her own repairman and just deduct the cost of repairs from her monthly bill or should she just go all out on the super and the leasing agency, or can she just hire an attorney???. Please advise. Thanks

Lost internet connection yesterday. Contacted my internet service provider, everything seems to work on his end but my computer refuses to accept the connection even though it states in the control panel network connections that it is connected. After 40 min of trying to isolate a problem, the service rep told me it must be my network connector. Any suggestions as to what else it might be? I can't even find the appropriate driver for this Nvidia Nforce Network Controller since my computer is 5 years old. Thanks

Let's say GM goes into bankruptcy and their stock value is goes down to 10 cents, or completely wiped out. Then GM issues a new stock, what happens to GM shares that I own? Do I loose it all, or my shares become part of newly issued stock? Thanks
