what nba team(s) should start blowing up their roster and start rebuilding?

The Golden State Warriors, three years ago we had our best roster. Baron Davis. Monta Ellis, Steven Jackson, Al Harrington and Andres Bedrins. Made the second round of the playoffs after 14 years of not making the playoffs.

I would get rid of Anthony Randolph, Maggette and Bedrins for Chris Bosh or Amare

Pacers. they have a roster full of mediocre players, a mediocre coach, yet they expect big time results. ain't gonna happen. they have a history of paying big time salaries to mediocre players and getting jammed up with long term contracts (Jermaine Oneal, Jamaal Tinsley, Mike Dunleavy, etc..) they get stuck in no-man's land where they win just enough games to stay out of the lottery but not enough to make the playoffs. everyone thinks the demise of this franchise started with the brawl against the pistons 5 years ago, but i believe it started sooner than that. it started when they got rid of Isaiah Thomas and brought in Rick Carlisle. Zeke at least had them headed in the right direction. they have been headed downward ever since. Larry Bird has done a poor job of drafting talent and signing free agents. i don't see anything changing for this once proud franchise as long as he stays in a leadership role.

The Nets are rebuilding so i will go with the Wizards. They have Jamison and Caron Butler so they have some talent but they can't put it together. So I think it is time they get young via the draft.

Pistons...Trade Ben Wallace and Tayshaun Prince to get a dominate big man...Maybe the likes of Okafor
