How do I change my settings to view pictures in Windows?

A while ago, I downloaded a trial version of the Nero burning software. But now every time I try to double-click on a jpg to view it, instead I get a pop-up asking if I wanna go ahead and buy the full version of Nero. I tried uninstalling the Nero program but that hasn't worked. How do I change my settings so that when I try to view a picture it will open with Windows?

Nero has associated lots of file extensions to use Nero for it. You should have taken more care when installing..

You will need to change this for every file extension..

Right click on a file and choose Open with, Take the last choise: choose Program. In that window you can mark the program wanted and check the box in the left bottom corner "Always use this program..."
