Should I go with an air conditioner, air cooler, fan, or something else?
Looking for some type of device that will cool down a room that is about 15 feet x 20 feet. Since the room is towards the end of the building, the central a/c doesn't do a good job of reaching that far. While this is ok during the winter time, during summer time it's pretty bad especially with the sun shining on it throughout the day. Room has one window that cannot be opened.
Would prefer an a/c, but don't want to punch a hole in the wall to have one installed. Also looking for an option under $200.

Depends, since you're only using it for the summer, I'd go with an air cooler or a fan. Much cheaper for the time it is being used. Air conditioner, like you said, will cost money to be installed, unless you do it on your own.
