98 chevy blazer still shifts hard after new sensors?

got a 98 chevy blazer that shifts hard to reverse and while driving into the next gear once about 40 it shifts fine, but after 40 the blazer starts accelerating up and down on its own, it does not do this if the blazer is on cruise control, i have replaced the Throttle position sensor with one from Autozone, i have also replaced the Vehicle speed sensor on the Tranny, There are no codes being brought up at all so i am just lost at this point... anyone have any clues..

Is your torque converter lock up working the way it should . If it stays locked it is going to shift hard. But that doesn't explain throttle searching problem it could be a bad sensor .

It could also be the pressure sensors in the transmission. There are 4 sensors and they are easy to replace and all four should cost around $120. I had a '95 and wouldn't shift from 1st to 2nd and once in 3 and od it would work okay. I changed all three sensors and the temp sensor in the transmisson and it was good after that! This problem won't show any codes!
