How to start a smoothie business?
I would like to open a smoothie shack (kiosk) in a very busy town on the beach. I can get a shack, all ingredients and I know how it works because one of my friends has one in other state but he bought business from somebody and I don't know where to start. The place where i would like to have my smoothie kiosk has many stores and restaurants and is very busy. Should I just call and talk to somebody or maybe send a proposal letter? What should be in such a letter? Should I have a business plan? Thanks
