Sony Ericsson W995 Iplayer and Youtube problems?
I have a w995 that connects to youtube and Iplayer with no problems when I am at a friend's house but when I use it at home I'm not able to use any of these services, I can only download bbc programs to watch on my phone but can't watch live tv. Is my isp or something blocking the connection? is it my router? Is there anything I can do to make it work?

Do you have the Sony Erricsson PC suite on your computer? if so, plug the phone to your PC via the USB cable, then on the left hand side there is "updates service" button, update the software on the phone (remember to back up numbers etc) and it should have the newer Iplayer that works with wi-fi

Your superb wager is to purchase a distinctive telephone, I had the sony ericsson w995 and no count what you do to launch area it does not artwork, each and all and sundry of those sony ericsson telephones have production faults and much less anybody is paying for them wish this helps

You need a 3G reception and you need to stream tv via the network providers server so that you pay for it. You will not have the software installed in your phone to stream tv via a router and wifi.
Try one of the stream TV websites and see if you can.
