Cual es la mas común y mejor manera de decir en Ingles: "Disculpa pero yo no tengo que rendirte cuentas..." Preferiblemente que la frase no use la palabra accountable.

Hay un dicho en Español que se refiere que a alguien se le da algo y esta persona se aprovecha y toma mucho mas de lo que se le dio. Osea que "le das un dedo y se toma la mano". Como se dice esto en ingles?

If a part time casual worker in the UK is employed on a one year contract, would it be a good idea to give this person a 3 months break at the end of his contract and then give him a new temporary contract?

I was told that if the contract is renewed as soon as the old contract finishes, this would entitle the employee to make claims if he wants.
