¿Como se dice el dicho de "le das un dedo y se toma la mano" en Ingles?
Hay un dicho en Español que se refiere que a alguien se le da algo y esta persona se aprovecha y toma mucho mas de lo que se le dio. Osea que "le das un dedo y se toma la mano". Como se dice esto en ingles?

La traduccion de lo que has escrito seria, "You give a finger and they take the hand" pero no lo decimos aqui.
Decimos: "Give an inch and they'll take a yard" o "Give an inch and they'll take a mile"
(Inch, yard y mile son medidas antiguas de longitud - 1 inch = 2.5cm, 1 yard = 36 inches = 90cm, y 1 mile = 1760 yards = 1.6km)
