You should go to vietnam. OR ask your friend to buy one and send to UK for you.

Well as you say Vietnam is the place, but I can only guess if your city or town has a Chinese Quarter you may well get one similar there. We have a large Chinatown and they sell everything from a bunch of pandan leaves, clothes, and most things ornamental. We have bought them in Malaysia, made by the native tribes, very nice too. Hope this helps & you get lucky.
