No, she did not die of a heart attack, drug overdose, or anorexia. And although reports said she died of cardiac arrest, everyone dies of cardiac arrest.

Reports have just came back that the primary cause of death was pneumonia. She also had iron-deficiency anemia (which is very common), that also attributed to her death. Reports also said she has been taking hydrocodone with ibuprofen and Prozac as well as OTC cough medicine, however this was not the cause of her death.

Everyone dies of hypoxia; which is lack of oxygen to the brain. The coroner has to list immediate cause of death & contributing factors ( if any ). Her abuse of OTC meds on top of prescriptions could have contributed to making her pneumonia worse - a person needs antibiotics to get over pneumonia. Also, she was anemic, which indicates lack of iron containing foods. This also weakens the person so that any virus/bacteria has a more detrimental effect than normal.
Once again though we see that prescribed meds can be just as dangerous as illegal substances when overused or from negative interactions. People mistakenly believe that if a Dr. prescribes it, it must be safe.

I didnt hear it yet...but i am slightly gladdened that it wasnt that she wasnt taking any hardcore narcotics or stimulants. It does cause a bit of anxiety that a seemingly young and healthy person can just drop dead from a bit of a lung sickness and the mix of a few meds.

About 30 minutes ago, it was stated that she died of a "cardiac episode" and that she have a history of several congenital heart issues. Very sad, such a young girl with a promising carreer ahead of her.

OMG I knew it there are to many special people who died in 2009 over drugs. This is sad. Plus you have the fame ho* Tila all over the TV and twitter talking about her new cd for Brittany, but its for her own gain. I can't stand Tila. Did you know she tried to sue the Johnson/Johnson company, because she said they were getting married and she needs an allowance. Isn't that sad

Yes I heard this also. I am anemic and all you do is take iron pills. Although, if you take too much it could be bad.
