Does it anger anyone else that questions get deleted just after you answer them!?

No it doesn't anger me, just move on to another question it's no big deal.It's best not to sweat the small stuff. Some posters seem incapable of posting without violating community guidelines so obviously there shouldn't be a limit on deletions.

I wouldn't say I get angry, but disappointed sometimes because of a lost opportunity to help someone.

Certainly, there are some questions that are simply inappropriate, and I don't think that having answers should protect a question from deletion. Otherwise, a spammer or hater could just post an answer from a second account to protect themselves.

Maybe a good compromise would be to set it up so that answerers still get 2 points for answering a question that was just deleted.

At least you get the 2 points for your effort, it's more annoying when you have prepared your answer and clicked on submit, to find out that the question has been deleted and you have wasted your time and effort..
