Canadian Border Crossing colored slip meaning?
I was crossin the border from the US into Canada (I am a US citizen) and was handed a white slip with an "A" written on it the Customs agent and told to go inside. They then searched my car for a good 30 mins. I have been pulled in an searched quite a few times before, but have always been given a yellow slip in the past. Does anyone know the meaning of the colors of the slips and what the A might mean?

"additional enquiry ". They want to question you further, about your reason for entering Canada, and look at what you have in your vehicle, that may be illegal or subject to customs duty charges.
