Has the Doctor left Eastenders for good?

I know, it's a real shame as he was probably the best looking guy there - but at least he's headed down these 'er parts (Cornwall). I'm looking out for him and his board!!!

Yes he has left for good. EE are rubbish with their G.P's. What's the point of including them as a character if they are hardly used?
