Samsung Tocco Lite Mobile Phone help?

Hi

I have just got a Tocco Lite on O2 contract. I am happy with it apart from the fact that I cannot move the O2-UK banner. I am unable to drag and drop it onto the widget bar or move it at all. I have a photo of my beautiful Golden Retrieber dog as a wallpaper but this banner is right across her face!!!

Is it something that is unique to O2? Anyone had the same problem? Is there an answer?

    My phone is from vodaphone, I do not have a wallpaper on mine, but your problem could be a problem unique to that phone or O2. The only thing I can think of is that you check your instruction manual and see what it says about removing baneers from the phone.
