    dude its really technical.

    Too much to get into right now.

    But what will help you is

    Lifting weights. HEAVY WEIGHTS.. so you stay in the ranges of 6-10 Reps (times you lift)

    for about 3 sets (times you do the reps)

    Eating massively.

    Try... between 500 - 1000 calories MORE than what these calculators say you should be eating to Maintain.

    Everything else. You're gonna have to look that **** online cause im not about to type an essay report or nothing like that for someone that might not even follow through.

    P.S.

    Your first month you should gain A LOT more muscle than any other time
