is it possible to ship without doing the 1:1:1 assesment bcuz i leave for meps sunday and still havent done?

All they want at MEPS is for you to sign-up and get their quotas. I'm in the military and I never did the 1:1:1 assessmen. I did however perform a normal PFT test before I left so I would be promoted. It's not important. The things you REALLLY need to worry about is your contract, your bonus, and any help with schooling such as if your contract includes the G.I. Bill. You need to have all this stuff covered because if you don't the people at MEPS will SCREW you out of some of the things you could get.

You will do a 1-1-1 about 3 days into reception.

That was done during reception of basic training when I joined. Meps has you do the underwear dance to make sure all your limbs function correctly, but no 1:1:1 assessment.
