How many people does the military let into the delivery room?

im 20, im a military dependents, so im able to have my baby on base, im about 2 months pregnant, anyways i would love for the two most important ppl in my life were in the delivery room with me while im giving birth, my mom the grandmother of my child, and of the fact she gave birth to me, and my fiance of 4 years the father of my baby, they r both allowed to go to all my appointments with me, but im scared they will only let one in the delivery room, and i refuse to choose between them.

plz don't be mean im under enough stress as it is, wen im not suppose to be stressed.

    it depends on where you are stationed. i was at fort hood and they only let one in, the dad. but my sister in law just gave birth on hood this month and they let 2 people in, so you need to talk with your DR about your desire to have both there. also the size of the rooms is the main issue. everyone needs to fit and not be in the way. you can take a hospital tour now. and ask that question.

    So what you are saying is your dad is Ret or AD military for you to be a Mil Dependent? Or is your fiance a service member? If he is, you are not a military dependent until you marry him.

    If you have any sense the father of the child will be in the delivery room if they have attendance restrictions. Cut the damn cord from your parents and have the FATHER of the child there instead of having your mother superseding his role.

    usually about 3 but it really depends, why don't you just ask the labor and delivery @ the hospital.
