No such party, just a lot of concerned Americans about the way our GOVT is running things from both sides of the aisle, too bad libs aren't Patriotic enough to join and help correct the problem. Instead they mock it because they fear it. Guess they are LIBS before Americans

NO. First the "Tea Party" is not a political party --- it is a grass roots movement. Second, Gov. Palin will support the individuals that fit her principles.

Third, in 3 years, it is highly likely that the GOP will be more Conservative thanks to the young fresh blood of the "Tea Party Movement", the liberal will actually have a cause to lament, the RINO will be very near extinct in 2011. Perhaps, the Kennedy Gore fortunes could be used to keep them alive in say California next to the Tar Pits :-P

To: Deb M: Everyone, not just Gov. Palin chooses actions on what is best for them in the immediate future. All animals do this to stay alive. Do not comdemn someone for seeking to stay alive. Even people in combat choose the course of action that will ensure life, life of the group and live of the individuals. This is normal behavior. Even Moses told the people of Israel to Choose Life.

The Tea Party isn't a political party. Its an activist group. Their likely function will be to vet candidates around the country and endorse the ones they think represent the ideals of the Tea Party participants so we don't end up with progressive Republicans and people who claim to be conservative but are actually Democrats. You do realize that crossing party lines by candidates is one of the tricks up the sleeves of the left don't you? I think they will be political watch dogs.
