If you had a student loan that was default...?

and it was given over to a collection agency. You then enter into a rehabilitation program with the agency to make a determined amount of monthly payments to then put the loan back in forbearance, can they (up until that point) still take your income tax return for taxes you paid on unemployment?

Thanks

you should find a student loan consolidation company ...could find it online...so they can pay for your loan to put you out of default.....for right now, they won't take anything from you yet if you just now in default...but i'd act on it as soon as possible

MAKING PAYMENTS IS THE THING TO DO, AND I THINK THEY CAN GARNISH YOUR WAGES TO GET MONEY BACK
