Who do you think did it and why ?

I was just told yesterday that my unemployment benefits had run out and I couldn't get an extension because Obama hadn't signed it into law. He supposedly signed it today. Is it retro-active or am I out of luck and losing my home because of a 24 hour lapse along with 60 million other Americans? I've worked steady for over 30 yrs and I don't feel any shame for accepting unemployment when I was permanently laid off. I could use some serious answers please. Thank you.

I am an advocate for psychiatric patients that earn very little or no income. I help them get free medications and treatment. The medications come from the manufacturers and when filling out an application they always ask for proof of income. 2 questions:

1. Is their a form they can fill out stating they did not worked last year or many years (form number would be great).

2. If they worked a couple of months were permanently laid off and collected unemployment the rest of the year, are they eligible for EIC if the unemployment money put them over the limit(I don't see how that's possible but appears to be the case as they claimed to dependent children)?

This is for a worthy cause and I really need someone with real Income Tax knowledge!!!

They really need this help especially when we all now know the current administration no longer has any interest in health care. Just another in a long line of broken promises.

and it was given over to a collection agency. You then enter into a rehabilitation program with the agency to make a determined amount of monthly payments to then put the loan back in forbearance, can they (up until that point) still take your income tax return for taxes you paid on unemployment?

he was already cheating with. I live in a non-community state (KY), I need to know what kind of post divorce I can get from him as far as bills that were owed before he left. The house is in my and his fathers names because he couldn't get credit. Can the husband take half of the property and what will I be entitled to at after the divorce. I would appreciate any advice I can get.

I only have Icon on my screen for firefox and it is on my quick launch it stopped working along with the IE button there and on my desktop. I have tried to uninstall but every time I try to uninstall it says mozilla must not be running in order for me to uninstall it. but I do not have any open windows. so, I can't uninstall. I even tried a standalone uninstall that said it uninstalled it but there it is still in my add/remove programs list and still will not uninstall. Can anyone tell me the reason for this? I also tried to reinstall over the old installation but get the same response (firefox must not be running). HELP!!!

How do you unzip or extract a zip or RAR , etc file with a program like 7-Zip and make a working program. Everytime I try it the files appear to extract but then just disappear. Where do they go and how do I put them together (in the absence of a wizard) to make a working piece of software?

Notebook PC, AMD Athalon x 2 64 processor. The notebook was dropped, and now it will only power up to the point where it gives me start up options (i.e. start up messages, Syst. Info, boot order Syst. recovery, etc the only one that responds is F1 Start up messages but just says "please wait" and will not go any further. I can't get Bios up to change the boot order (if it needs to be, not sure). It's running Vista. Also it will only shut down if I unplug it. I also tried to install another OS which makes boot order suspect.

any help,suggestions would be appreciated.

I'm waiting for confirmation but how many people thinks it's alright for someone from the Chech Republic sale you a bill of goods concerning GovtFundedGrants sign you up for programs you didn't ask for and charge you for those as well. They aren't even American. Also how many people think that the President and his family should be above the law. I have been hearing that the Presidents Aunt is here illegally from Kenya and he just laughs in our faces about it. What do you think?
