about how much money are houses in Turkey?

i lived around that region, houses are more affordable when compared to other big cities. a house with 2-3 rooms (other than the living room), a kitchen, 2-3 toilets, in a nice district starts with 100.000-120.000 liras, and goes up to 300.000 liras. so i guess, 150.000-160.000 would be enough for a good house which is 75.000-80.000 euros. but a beautiful house would be like 250.000 :))
