Nausea After Eating!?

For about a month, I've been getting nausueas every single time I eat- regardless of what it is. It's not horrible, but it does affect my life. No vomiting, I'm definitely not pregnant and I'm not overly stressed.

Any clue what could be causing it? It's every time, not triggered by time of day or certain foods.

    Do you eat healthy?

    Do you eat appropriate portion sizes of each food group? For example, do you eat a lot of dairy and not much from other food groups?

    Sometimes a food allergy can be the cause of nausea.

    I think your best bet is to visit your doctor or go to a clinic in your area. Do your best to make a list of what you've been eating for the past 4 weeks. Your doctor or a GHP may be able to prescribe/recommend something, but I think it may be a matter of trial and error before you figure out if a medication (over the counter or prescription) is going to help you. While there, ask him/her to perform an allergy test, too.

    Here's the thing;

    You should consult a doctor. If you are smoking, you might want to quit or at least cut down since your appetite is affected.

    If you have been losing weight because of this, you may have UTI.
