Never heard of them, but if you live in the US, then the headlamps ( are they are correctly called ) must meet the DOT regulations or they are not legal and there is a possibility of a cite being issued

Folks, it doesn t get any worse than these people. BUYER BEWARE! They sent me two broken headlights in a row. They ship poorly packaged products and have a horrible return policy. The moment your item leaves their building, they accept no responsibility for damage. If it arrives broken, you must ship it back at your expense. The $25 headlight that arrived broken? UPS quoted me $36 to send it back. They have a deal with FedEx so you can t claim shipping damage with them, either. They tried to get me to change my negative Amazon feedback by bribing me with a return label, violating Amazon s terms. Check out their FB page - people HATE them. B- rating from the Better Business Bureau. The items are cheap but don t let the price fool you. This company could care less about customer service - Run, don t walk away.
