Your door pin switch is actually the door latch mechanism, there is a wire that is attached to the latch that goes to ground when the door is shut. The latch goes bad and will keep the interior light on.You need to replace the door latch, most likely the drivers door,or remove the interior light fuse and or bulbs.

Try removing the door switches one by one , you'll see a black button like device along the inner door frame , usually they will stick or rust , so once you get one out , use a file or a wire brush on the place that the switch connects to the wire, plus you could try soaking them in a electrical or electronic contact cleaner spray.
Hope that helps and best of luck.By the way they run about 12 to 20 bucks a piece but there could be much cheaper after market replacements out there and if I were you if you do have a good car and plan on keeping it awhile , I'd change all of these switches or at least try and clean them etc fully.

I would just try spraying them first before going through the trouble of taking them apart that as always worked on mind.
