It it's 2 feet high, as well as between the tips of the leaves, end to end, then I'd say that it's worth around $40-$50, which is what I see them for in Louisiana and California - this is a retail value, and smaller plants go for less. If it has any trunk, then this increases the value somewhat, but at 2' across, I'm guessing it's not got a raised trunk yet. That's the bare bones plant price, as the type of pot used will determine the final value, which will vary considerably. The more desirable the pot, the higher the price of course.

Potted plants raise more money, if they add to the decorative effect of your plant. As concrete is heavy, beware that this may be off-putting to those who may have to transport it. For this reason, I'd pot it in something that will encourage sale, rather than be a deterrent. (I can't say that your pot would deter, just adding a point to consider).

Final check - look on Craigslist and around local nurseries, and see what pricing is showing, so that you can be at an appropriate figure. Also, Sago plants are not actually palms, although most of us call them that - if you show that you know this, you will appear a grower with more expertise. It's a type of Cycad, a form of plants that's hundreds of millions of years old - http://sagopalmtree.net/

Hope this helps. Good luck! Rob

The plant itself (wholesale) around $15-20. In nice cement pot around $30-50.
