He has cut off the medical aid to Ugandans with HIV that Bush became a hero there for delivering so well.

Well, instead of seeing this as an act of hatred of Africans maybe there was another possible reason. Did you ever think of that?

Of course ANY country is going to view an American hero when he gives them money. How much of it was actually channeled correctly? Red tape and political corruption filters much of the money before it gets to the intended destination.

I'm all for gov spending money responsibly in THIS country (which means spending less) and less overseas. Times keep getting tougher in my household. Gov needs to balance the budget.

Obama does not hate Africans....we are admist a huge budget deficit---something's gotta give....besides why should we keep dumping in a bunch of money where Britian has more control?After the Black Hawk incidence in Somolia and their permitting entry to known terrorists....there is a penalty that comes with that......

Obama has always had a taste for Iranians more than Africans. Africa is just too poor to suit his taste I suppose. He's soon to get a promotion from Al queda. Apparently Uncle Bin-laden is just thrilled with his progress.
