I have a 42 inch phillips plasma TV and the problem is why my tv wont come on.It just clicks like a clock.?
The model # is 42PFP5332D/37. When I hit the power button the blue light stays solid with a little bit of blinking and when I look at the back of it I see 2 sets of green lights blinking and making the click click noise just like a clock...What causes this..Can I fix it on my own..My research says it may be the capacitor needs to be replace or the power supply..plz help...video if possible

Chances are that it IS the Power supply board.
And Capacitors are the main failure point as well as surface mount resistors! However...without proper testing, it's impossible to know for sure.
I recommend you take the Power supply board out and take it into a local repair shop. If they can fix it, they will. If not, then you'll know and you'll need to order a new board.
All that holds the board in are a few screws(4 usually) and a few wire connections. However...be careful! Power supply boards can maintain high voltages for several minutes or longer! Before working on it, unplug the TV for at least 1/2 hour to an hour before hand!
