How to recover lost files on ipod touch?

Is there a way to recover files like photos,videos,songs etc. without syncing it with iTunes?

I accidentally restored my ipod touch and I can't sync it because my itunes library is on a different computer.

Please help...

    if you have the source files, you can try iSharesoft iPod transfer, it allows you move files from computer to ipod and ipod to computer without syncing files with itunes.

    if you lost the source files, you can't recover them on your ipod touch.
