How should I answer these two homework question?

It's math homework. One is:

Write about how to solve this problem.

the other is:

If five friends buy a package of 38 balloons, how should they divide them?

Pleases help me.

    38 ballons divided by 5 people you dumb ****.

    Sounds like they want you to write out the word problem for the first one. The second one is just 38 divided by 5=
