so what happned to shane mosleys rankings on boxrec.com?
he seems to have disappeared entirely since about 2 weeks ago, maybe earlier but thats when i noticed it. quite strange. you would expect him to be the #3 or 4 P4P and #1 WW like all the other ones. but he mysteriously vanished...

Since it has been over a year since his last fight, boxrec dropped him from their rankings. Boxrec only considers you an "active" fighter if you have fought within the year and Mosley's last fight was when he TKO'd Antonio Margarito over a year ago.

Boxrec is not a reliable source for p4p rankings. They had Miguel Cotto ranked at no.30 something before he fought Pacquaio while Cotto was ranked no.7 by Ring Magazine is in the top 7 in most boxing sites. Mosley should be in the p4p top 10 easily.

Inactivity. Once he gets in the ring with Floyd, win or lose, he'll pop back up.
