buy them first off at your piercers,or places like claires,ardenes,spencers...ect or online my favorite is painfulpleasures.com
if you cant chose,do one first then decide if you want the second one from your healing process and how much or little it irritates you.It take 4-6 weeks to heal.
It feels like pinch during and yes it will hurt after for about a week (if taken care of) But after that it will be fine

you can also buy facial jewelry from hot topic
my piercers told me it takes 3 weeks to heal
and all my piercings only hurt for the first hour or so
