What is the Anthem area of Henderson Nevada like?
I'm looking for a place to rent in the Anthem area and I heard that it was a 55+ community. Is the entire area down in the Anthem area 55+ or just part of it? And if there are two areas how can you know where it ends? Thanks

I live in Seven Hills Anthem which is part of the area. There's 55 plus at the top of the hill, the very end of S. Eastern Avenue. I live in a neighborhood with all ages of people. If you want an apartment used rent. com and zip is 89052. There is a very high vacancy rate now, and you can get a good deal. They are giving one month rent free, a garage for 3 months free. Lots of deals. They have banners all over the place. Summit at Sunridge Heights is a nice place. Lived there before I purchased a house. Also the Equestrian is very nice and they are really offered bargains right now.

Anthem has two communities, a family one and senior. It is a very nice area. All the homes in Sun City Anthem are one story, not so at Antthem
