I need a really reliable GPS, any suggestions? (Family Trip)?
My family (boyfriend, our two little girls and myself) is driving from NY to FL and we want to purchase our first GPS. We want a really reliable one, one that can re-route us if we get off track, one that talks, I saw somewhere that they can even tell you what lane we need to be in (helpful during traffic on busy unfamiliar highways). Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

The higher end units do that lane recommendation thing.
I personally like Garmin GPS a lot. You'd need to get one in the $200 plus range to get lane routings.
