On verizon cell phone bills it says i have 169 kilobites what is that? I'm being charged for that... I don't understand please help!!!
Its not pics or flixs there is a seperate column for that..
I haven't downloaded any apps or acessed the internet.. I'm very careful about that... I try to keep the bill down since my dad pays for alot of other things we have.

"Pics or flixs" as in pictures and videos? Well then I would have to say it's what you've downloaded when checking your e-mail or when surfing the Internet. I can't for sure though since I've been with Sprint for 8 years.

It's for data downloads. Did you access the internet on your phone or download something from the app store?
