What is the name of this movie?

When I was younger I was watching a movie with my parents and there is one part I remember clearly like it was yesterday. It made me not able to sleep for some time, and made me sick to my stomach. There is a heavy guy sitting in a chair and a few guys around him, he asks them to send in a guy. The guy comes in and gets yelled at and the way the heavy guy punishes him is he tells the one servant to get the vacuum. He goes and gets the vac ***, and the guys basically pukes foam and stuff into it, and he tells the guy that's in trouble to open his mouth and then tells the other guy to stick the vacuum hose into his mouth. Then the heavy guy tells him to turn it on and watches as the guy has the foam puke and whatever was in it go down his throat. I have been wondering for so long now what movie this was. My parents don't remember and I've asked my husband and he said he thinks it's Toxic Adventure but I've seen a few of them and I still haven't found it. If anyone could tell me, please let me know, this has been bugging me for sometime now...
