career options, advice please.?
I'm having trouble deciding what to study in university or if i choose to go down any other routes. I just keep changing my mind about what i want to do as a career.
I'm interested in:
- travelling - i just enjoy it so much, ever since i was young
- teaching/helping students, preferably secondary education
- journalism/presenting on TV/Radio
- English literature studies
- Hotel management
there quite widely varied, but i am just unable to choose, i enjoy helping people, talking to people - i tend to get on well with people and a lot of people who have just got to know me say they found me easy to talk to.
Maybe i could travel and teach people or join a travel company like topdeck tours or something, i want something that will benefit me and also help others.
Any advice on career opportunities would be helpful and muchly appreciated. thanks x

If you like to travel, you should join the military. There aren't many jobs where you can travel a lot unless you join the military. You can be a travel agent, but that is not a great career.
Teaching is probably the best choice for you now. There are usually always teaching jobs available, and you can be a teacher no matter where you live.
Journalism is dead. Newspapers are going out of business. Advertising revenues are way down due to the economy.
English literature studies would work if you want to be a teacher.
Hotel management is a terrible career unless you want to work a lot of nights and weekends.
