That "soreness" you are feeling is because of a build-up of lactic acid in the muscles. If you are experiencing that to a great degree, pack the WO in for the day. On the other hand , remember that HGH and testosterone can only be made available to the muscles through lactic acid. It's all good.

Depends on how much you're working out. If you're really serious about working out, plan a work-out plan and follow it, no matter how sore you get.

Then take a break, let the soreness go away, but do some mild activities to keep fit (walking, stretches, etc). After that, get back on your work-out plan and the soreness should still occur (if it does, it's a sign saying you're working out your body, which is good) but perhaps go away faster. Keep working out, rest, let the soreness go away, and then work out again.

Making a work-out plan and following it would be a good idea.

The reason why you get sore is your muscles tear as you work out.

They get stronger and bigger as they "repair" themselves.

Depending on your workout it is ok to continue to work out.. remember when doing upper body you should rest at least one day after work out.

if you running, anything under 5 miles you can do everyday. anything more, you should take one day of rest.

Abdominal workouts can be done everyday. If you do any workout and your in real pain take a break until you feel better. or see a doctor if pain continues.

If you want to work out every day, You need to do upper body one day, then lower body the next day. This gives your body a day to rest and repair itself. You can build faster this way also. You can still stretch and do the treadmill every day. Overworking the muscles will only break them down.
