if the lock is inside protected from the weather then really you do not require any maintenance on the lock, it should last a fair number of years so buying special oil will be a waste of money if you feel that it does require a special oil then try halfords or a good general purpose d i y store and ask for assistance

Graphite powder used very sparingly is the best lubricant for a lock it's available in any good hardware shop or ironmongers if you have any problems locating it then you can get it online from sites such as 'tooled up' or 'screwfix'.
White lithium grease or 3in1 oil would work but will also attract dirt.
WD40 is best avoided whilst it will clean up a stiff lock giving the impression it is beneficial it will also clean off all existing lubrication resulting in irreparable damage to the lock. WD40 is not a lubricant it is a water displacement spray, brilliant for many things but lubricating things is not one of them.

The only lubricant that should be used is Graphite powder. Oil will attract dust as the key is taken from the pocket and inserted into the lock. This will causes problems and usually they add more oil to make the matter worse.
