Can I have an opinion of a person who is a big sports fan?
I once read an article which interviewed two former Arena Football League players who had used steroids in their career and were both facing the adverse effects of the drug in their retirement years. One player stated he wished he had never used it. The other, said he would do it again for the "GLORY" that it brought him in the Arena Football League.
I consider myself a pretty big sports fan and I still could not name five players that played in the Arena Football League.
With the type of pressure and desire to succeed that athletes face, what type of program would you, if you were a high school athletic director, put in place to ensure that your athletes are not using steroids and that sets on a path where they will not use them in the future?

i would try to educate them on the effects of steroids (first of all) and periodically hold geast speakers who have been effected by steroid use.
I don't know exactly what the rule is on testin at the high school level, but I would just say that 'Education is the key' in my opinion

Ugh... First Arena football sucks. No one watches it and it's less cool than going to the nights jousting thing where you eat with your hands.
To answer your main question, I would give them contacts for juicing! I want to win state this year! Time to juice up and start hitting the gym.

Well, I would certainly test them all before the big speech. I would also bring in some of those players. I would definitely enforce them NOT to do it.
